Connecting DisplayPort video source to monitor
Connecting DisplayPort video source to monitor
DisplayPort is mainly used for connecting a video source to, for example, a monitor, but it can also be used to send data. A DisplayPort connector is quite similar to a HDMI connector, except that there is only one bevel on the side of the connector and not two bevels as with HDMI. The DisplayPort signal is not fully compatible with a HDMI or DVI signal.
